Welcome to 2008. If you are like the average person you will officially give up on your new years resolutions within 23 days. That’s before the end of the month folks. Think about it. That’s depressing, that’s scary, that’s average.
The reason why most people give up on their resolutions is the same reason why most people never really experience lasting happiness, inner peace or financial prosperity. The reason why is average people focus too much on excuses. They focus on what we call, digging up roots.
Most people don’t realize how much the focus of digging up ROOTS - making excuses - is costing them. Let’s bring it to the real world. When you go to rent a bigger apartment or buy a new car, they don’t tell you the price in excuses. Wouldn’t this be weird, “Jim, your rent is 500 excuses a month, and your BMW Z4 payment is 427 excuses a month with 1500 excuses down.”
“The reason why is in the real world, EXCUSES don’t matter.”
Making excuses - Digging for roots is hard dirty work. On the other hand, being goal and vision driven, what we call Reaching for Fruits, is actually easier, and cleaner, and you get to eat something yummy.
“Before you can reach for the fruits, you have to STOP DIGGING roots. As long as you are digging, focused down you can’t see the fruit, much less reach for it.”
The Excuse Free Life Challenge will help you to do that, and you can start today.
